CLIFF SOUTHCOMBE
Founder and Director
Cliff has led the Social and Sustainable Enterprise movement worldwide since the 1980’s. He is Founder and Director of Social Enterprise International, Founder of Shared Wealth Social Enterprises, and an active thought leader in the global transition towards sustainable enterprise solutions. Managing a team of Directors based in UK, Panama, Brazil, Nigeria and Indonesia, Cliff has worked in over 45 countries introducing and developing the concept of social enterprise. He has designed and delivered degree level University accredited courses on social enterprise management and pioneered work in new business models including Shared Wealth Social enterprises, Social Auditing and Social Licencing.
MARIABEL DUTARI
Executive Director
Mariabel is a Specialist in Social Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship. She is Director of Social Enterprise International Ltd since 2020, and has been involved with the company since 2016.

Graduated from the University of Bradford, UK in MSc Project Management for International Development; holds a Master of Social Innovation focused on Social and Solidarity Economy from the University of Salamanca, Spain and a Bachelor Degree in International Business from Panama.

Her previous experience includes working as project manager for social innovation programmes in government, as well as marketing executive, events coordinator, wholesale and retail purchase coordinator and events manager in private organisations. Has served as a jury for social entrepreneurship school competitions and provided design thinking for social innovation workshops to young people and adults.
CHRIS PALMER
Associate partner
Chris is Director for SEi and co-founder of SEi Tuatha with 30+ years experience in international relations and project management
He is a project manager with a special interest in global education and environmental projects. He has managed a World Bank project in the Americas and a global youth project for climate change community action. His interests are cultural relations, working with youth and delivering change in environmental protection, education, human rights, cultural understanding, the creative industries and the support for social enterprise worldwide . Regional experience Europe, S.E. Asia, the Middle East and Latin America.
Expertise
Chris' expertise includes Education (School, HE, and VET), project management, international action on Climate Change, language learning and teaching and cultural relations.
Andrew Picken OBE
Associate partner
Andrew was a Country and Regional Director of the British Council for many years, and a leading expert on Climate Change and Social Development.
He was also the Global Director for the Skills for Social Enterprise British Council programme. He has served as International consultant and trainer on social enterprise and his current role in SEI is as Adviser and Partner.
Amad Nabi

Engineer, Author, Social Entrepreneur.
Holds a Master in Business Administration from France, a Master of Engineering Management from Poland and is currently a Doctorate student in Business in Portugal.
He is the founder of Social Enterprise International Middle East and Vizpire company.
Amad is well experienced in managing businesses and starting businesses from sctratch.
Hareter Babatunde

Hareter is a serial & social entrepreneur, a seasoned politician and philanthropy. He is the Founder and Co-Founder of ForeMedia Group Plc, UK, London School of Social Enterprise and Sustainable Economics, headquarters United Kingdom, Social Enterprise Academy, Africa and Nigerian Capital Development Fund. He strongly believes in making a significant impact on social and environmental change for sustainable development in Africa and the World at large.
Hareter has been recognized by various organizations for his contributions to social economic and development globally. Some of the awards include; Edwin Enterprise Development Awards, Best African Young Entrepreneur Award in Austria in 2002, The Black Business International in United Kingdom, Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2005, and The Solomon Foundation Entrepreneur Awards in 2006 with cash prize of £200,000 in the United Kingdom as well as the Award of Excellence in Social Development at the National Economic Development award, Abuja, Nigeria in 2010.

Irma Chantily

Irma has always been passionate about advocating social justice through photography, the arts and creative economy, the coworking sector, and sustainable tourism. Irma’s layers of work build solidly upon each new venture she is on. Supernova Ecosystem is where she places her blind bet into the commercial business process, injecting the same amount of passion for social justice to make impact businesses become the norm instead of the exception. In 2022, she became the Partner and Chairperson of Konstelasi Accelerator, Supernova Ecosystem, leading the pivot of the organisation to better serve and work with sustainable businesses at the jurisdiction level in Indonesia.

James is founder and CEO of LocoSoco Group Plc, on the executive board of a nano technology company, founding member of an international investment network and senior consultant for Social Enterprise International With over 17 years working experience across financial markets, assets management, marketing and tech development James brings his skill set to creating shared wealth social enterprises with a belief that an asset management approach to sustainability that rewards participation in building a sustainable supply chain with ownership in it.
